Ordering is EASY and SAFE on Gardeners' Choice Web Site. Select a CATEGORY
on the left hand column to display the products within that category.
THEN, Select the product(s) you wish to purchase. Use the drop down menu
on each individual product page to select the quantity - CLICK the Quantity
in the menu and then click the BUY BUTTON and the item will be added to
your shopping cart which conveniently displays throughout your visit.
You may edit your shopping cart at any time.

Ordering merchandise with your CREDIT CARD on our Gardeners' Choice website
is COVENIENT, SAFE AND SECURE! We provide a fully secure purchasing environment
by utilizing a technology called S.S.L.(Secure Socket Layering) to safeguard
your credit card information when you order on-line. S.S.L. "encrypts"
(scrambles) all your order information after you enter it, and before
it leaves your computer and is sent to us at Gardeners' Choice. Once received
by our "Secure Server" it is then "decrypted" into a format that we can
use to process your order. Your credit card and personal information cannot
be intercepted or reviewed by anyone except you and us at Gardeners' Choice.
When Will My order Arrive?
Gardeners’ Choice schedules its shipments so that plants arrive
at the proper planting time (depending on climatic conditions) for each
area of the United States.
We will pack and ship your order based on the following schedules.

You should see your order in 2-4 weeks from the date that your zone opens
for shipping. Weather in your area and the type of product you ordered
may affect the anticipated Fall shipping or Spring shipping schedule.
In addition, general merchandise will be shipped with your plant order.
And, due to hot weather conditions, we are generally unable to ship any
plant items late-June through August.

Order
Processing & Shipping
Once you place your order you will recieve an email stating that your
order has been submitted successfully and is being processed by our fulfillment
department. We process and ship thousands of orders everyday. MERCHANDISE
(Hard Goods) will arrive within 3 to 4 weeks from the date of your order
confirmation.
LIVE
PLANTS and SEEDLINGS are shipped to you based upon your geographic
location and PLANTING ZONE TIME TABLE at your home or office and
will be delivered by the U.S Postal Service or United Parcel Service.
